1972 Jeepster Commando. It has a Dauntless 225 V6 engine with a 400 turbo automatic transmission. Has a Dana 20 transfer case with Dana 44 axels. Runs, drives, and shifts smoothly. The 4 wheel drive works as should. Disc front brakes with drum rear. Has power steering. power brakes. Newly rebuilt carburator. The stock points distributor has been changed out to new HEI distributor. Has a 72 CJ front clip so has a classic Jeep front end look with all of the Kaiser toughness. The paint is a base coat, clear coat silver gray metallic with a black strip over hood and down sides with black rockers. Double tube bumpers front and rear. Paint is about 3 yrs old and still nice looking with a high shine. Has been garage kept. Top is a best top about 3 years old. Has a slight wear around door closing area at top corner. Interior is in really nice condition. seats were changed out to leather captain chairs. Black carpet, door panels. and lap belts for front and rear seats. Has locking glove box and locking center console. Has a CD player with pioneer rear mounted speakers.Headlights ,brake lights turn signals in working order . has oil, temp ,volt, guage package mounted under dash The gas guage currently not working think its the guage ,checked sending unit seemed to be working so am assuming its probably the guage itself . Tires are 31 x 10.5 R15 Liberator A/T Uniroyal, like new with aluminum rims. This jeep is not a show vehicle but with alittle more love could be . Will make someone a great cruiser, its a real head turner and just fun to drive.
